The code arrives by email within a minute or two. Check your spam folder if it doesn’t. Each code expires quickly and works only once, so if one doesn’t go through, ask for a fresh one. “Continue with Apple” and “Continue with Google” are on the same screen if email is giving trouble.

Open Account (in the app, or under Settings on the website) and choose to delete your account. It removes your conversations and your profile, and the request is honoured rather than left pending. To keep your account but stop a particular use of your data, the consent switches under Preferences can each be turned off at any time.

Open Account to see your current plan and how many questions you have left. Where you manage a subscription depends on where you bought it: one bought on this website is managed here, and one bought in the iPhone or iPad app is managed under your Apple Account in that device's Settings. For a billing problem or a refund, write to us. Refunds follow the Refund Policy linked in the footer, and are given by whoever sold you the subscription, so a charge may show their name on your statement rather than ours.

Every answer has a thumbs-down control. Using it flags that answer for review. For anything else, like a page that won’t load or a feature behaving oddly, email us with what you did and what happened, and a screenshot if you have one.

It is a program that answers from Mahaguru’s recorded teachings and nothing else. Not a person, and it can be wrong. The questions on the home page go into this in more detail, and the Center arranges meetings with Mahaguru himself on request.
